Digital Marketing Specialist - Longwood, FL

Sales and Marketing Technologies, headquartered in Longwood, Florida, has an immediate opening for an experienced and personable Digital Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in search engine optimization and digital marketing. Please provide examples of your work when applying.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for technical on-site optimizations, educating clients, advocating for best practices, and developing a comprehensive and strategic roadmap for improving client results. You will be engaged in various marketing channels through execution of strategies to drive new customer acquisitions for our clients and internal brands. This is an on-site, full-time work position located in our Longwood office.

Basic Qualifications

  • Three years executing digital marketing for companies
  • Strong analytic skills and experience using Google Analytics
  • Experience with Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools
  • Experience with local search, conversion optimization, PPC management, content writing, A/B testing and remarketing
  • Strong understanding of HTML, content management systems and web servers including response codes and redirects
  • Be up-to-date with the most recent SEO best practices as well as optimization experience
  • Proficiency in marketing automation – experience with Infusionsoft is preferable
  • Ability to discuss with client’s digital marketing needs, develop a strategy and execute the plan
  • Strong understanding of titles, descriptions and header tags and applying best practices

Responsibilities

  • Focus on obtaining web conversions by building relevant traffic
  • Ongoing content optimization based on current keyword strategy for multiple web properties
  • Work as the point of contact with the client as well as the internal team to to understand their unique goals and objectives and ensure alignment with digital marketing goals
  • Perform regularly scheduled website audits of websites (SEO, CTAs, responsiveness, conversion rates, etc) and online channels such as YouTube and local search in order to identify areas of opportunity
  • Perform keyword research to determine appropriate keyword targets when required
  • Identify areas of concern within websites that could prevent major search engines from finding their content, or customers from converting
  • Track and analyze the success of the digital marketing efforts through the use of weekly and monthly detailed reports created through web analytics and enterprise SEO tool sets
  • Keep pace with search industry trends and developments and see through the testing and implementation of new technologies that enhance presence in SERPs
