We respect the privacy of all visitors to www.smtusa.com, including our newsletter subscribers and those who send us information via e-mail and/or our online contact form.

We respect the purpose for which our site visitors gave us information. We give users choice and consent over how their personal information is used, and remove names immediately upon request.

We do not sell, rent, or loan our lists to third parties for e-mail marketing. Contact information from the order form is used to send information about our company to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. In the event our company is ever sold, we reserve the right to transfer ownership of the email list. Should this happen, the new owner will contact you via email to notify you of the change.

We send email and newsletters only to clients and others who request them, and immediately unsubscribe those who request it. Sometimes people subscribe for others, and while we cannot prevent that, our welcome message to subscribers -- and every issue of our emailings -- explains, at the bottom, how to unsubscribe.

To remove your name from an emailing list, please follow the instructions at the bottom of the email that was sent to you or you can mail your request to the postal address above or you can call the Altamonte Springs office at 407-682-2222.
