Internet Security

How does SMT prevent from website vulnerabilities?
One popular attack on websites is through SQL injection. The sites we build are not vulnerable to SQL injection because we limit the web security on database objects to a bare minimum. Hacking a website through SQL injection is nearly impossible on the sites that we build at SMT. Another vulnerability some clients experience is database “spam”. SMT offers several solutions for reducing the amount of SPAM you may receive through public contact forms or the like. An example of reducing SPAM is the use of CAPTCH controls that require the user to type letters or digits from a distorted image that appears on the screen and ensures the response is not generated from a computer.
