Client Services Coordinator - Longwood, FL
We are seeking
an individual with excellent follow up skills, ability to work independently
and with a team. Candidate must have strong computer skills with the ability to
grasp new technologies as introduced. Also required are excellent client
relationship/communication skills, organizational skills, a strong attention to
detail for accuracy and multi-tasking capabilities. This is an on-site,
full-time position located in our Longwood office.
Responsibilities
and Duties
- Assists sales and business development in overall sales process
- Develops estimates, builds proposals and sales presentations
- Provides excellent customer service via phone and email
- Handles and effectively communicates complex customer requests to and from the digital marketing and web development team
- Communicates with clients regarding requests, costs, explanation of work and approvals
- Delegates tasks
- Provides strategy recommendations to clients
- Communicates with clients, sets goals, priorities and gains an understanding of client’s needs
- Manages digital marketing and web development projects and work orders with client and internal departments
- Quality Control to ensure goals and requirements are met
- Gathers and maintains client materials
- Trains clients and staff on content management system
- Troubleshoots and conveys issues
- Analyzes data and generates reports on key performance indicators
Qualifications
and Skills
- Is trustworthy, quality-focused and supportive
- College degree preferred but not required
- Minimum 2 yrs. previous related experience
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Excellent technical skills, with understanding of programming and web development
- Strong basic math skills
- Critical and analytical thinking skills
- Must pay strict attention to detail
- Problem solving capabilities and the ability to coordinate problem resolution
- Prior experience with a technical or software company or a background/familiarity in website development a plus
