Leaders Are Readers: How To Become The Best Version Of Yourself

October 7, 2025
It has been said, "Leaders are readers." I can't imagine leading a company without reading personal development books. Just reading them is good. However, what you really want is to take action on the ideas. Here’s how.
The author of the classic book Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill, saw this implementation problem. Along with his billionaire friend, W. Clement Stone, they solved this challenge. Together, they developed a system to help leaders in their companies apply what they are reading. This system is called the 1357.
The Secrets of Success folks got the rights to republish the 1357 system. They also established an accountability group called the 1357 Club. If you would like to be among a group of like-minded people who are reading and implementing personal development principles to grow personally, join us in the 1357 Club.
We meet for a quick 35-minute Zoom meeting at 11:00 am. We read, assimilate, and discuss the ideas. Don’t worry if you can't make it every day. You will still get the benefit from participating.
If the 1357 Club sounds interesting, here is where you can get a hardcover copy of the 1357 plan and a trial membership to the 1357 Club, all FREE.
